Rent distress can occur when a tenant fails to pay their rent, or fails to pay it in a timely manner. ABS Bailiffs can, on behalf of a landlord, at their request, proceed with a rent distress against the tenant. We can assist the landlord in recovery of their monies owed.
Once ABS Bailiffs attend at the tenant's location, the rent distress can take one of several avenues varying from immediate payment of the monies owed, to immediate removal, storage and sale of the tenant's assets to recover outstanding rent. We can assist with:
