I just wanted to thank you for the opportunity to use your services, as I found them to be exemplary.
Even though our instructions were that our Respondent was in Campbell River, you obtained information that he was in Courtenay.
I appreciated that you phoned to advise of the extra cost to serve in Courtenay, and to ask for approval to attempt the service in Courtenay, as service costs are important to our client on this and similar matters.
I also appreciated receiving the letter you provided with your invoice providing further details on your service attempts and the breakdown of your fees. We have not received something like that from any other process server, and it was an unexpected and pleasant surprise, and something that would be helpful to us if our client was questioning the cost.
As I have had some negative experiences with a few process servers recently, I appreciated dealing with someone who was both friendly and professional, and took those extra steps for their client.
